Do you remember the moment you realized that the world of healthcare had changed?  We do and we decided to start a movement to share what we discovered. Established in 2006, we hit the ground running with our direct approach to finding success inside of what we call the Connected Health Economy.  Large scale innovation and technology integration solutions, communication development and project managing, we offer our clients the full package when it comes to becoming a highly connected health care entity.

Tanya Scott, DHL, MHR, RN-CHTS, CPPW, CMUP, CPHIMS is the President and Chief Nurse Informatics Officer for IONKARE.  She is the lead product innovation and design clinician and supports the Patient and Family Centered Advisory Care Team Services board.  She is a graduate of East Carolina University (B.S.N., 1992) and the University of Oklahoma
(M.H.R., 1998).  While in graduate school, she received the Walter Mason Graduate Student of the Year Award, the Graduate Student Leadership Award, and the Graduate Student Service Award.  In 2010, she received an honorary doctorate from the Eastern Theological Seminary University for her nursing service and humanitarian achievements and is currently working on a Doctorate in Nursing Practice with a focus in Nursing Informatics at Capella University.  She is a licensed registered nurse of 23 years and Certified in Health Information Technology, Meaningful Use, Workflow Processes and Re-Design, and Health Information Management and Systems. 

Shanna Woyak, M.B.A./H.C.M., RN is the Clinical Operations and Chief Military Officer for IONKARE.  She is the lead clinical and veterans health innovation liaison committed to collaborating with the Connected Health Military Advisory board.  She is a graduate of nursing from Rose State College and received a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) and Health Care Management (H.C.M.) from the University of Phoenix.  She has held senior executive positions in both civilian and military organizations, and as Col Woyak, she commands the 152nd Medical Group in Reno, Nevada.  Ms. Woyak is a licensed registered nurse whose body of work includes implementing a comprehensive Revenue Cycle Management System for hospitals and health systems resulting in significant improvements in access management, accelerating cash collection, and improving payor performance along with start-up and management of new healthcare facilities; creation and launch of new and improved clinical and operational programs; a nd growth and expansion of mature, established operations.

Adrian has traveled all over  and has worked in the innovation field since walking out of his dorm room and into the electronic world.   Otherwise known in the office as the innovator,  Adrian’s smile and willingness to talk to anyone and everyone has been key to building our large local client base.

Despite his fondness for flash and a nice pair of comfortable shoes, Adrian is a bit of a virtual mavoric  and likes nothing more than identifying new and exciting ways to stay one step ahead of the game no matter what the game may be.

 

Adrian is a graduate of Jackson State University with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Masters in Business Administration.

Ben Minnifield is the Public Relations and Chief Innovation Officer for IONKARE the first large innovation product within the connected health economy.  He is the lead government and health policy advisor to the leadership team facilitating strategic initiatives and relationships.  Mr. Minnifield graduated from Tougaloo University with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and has worked for 20 years as a successful economic entrepreneurial strategist and corporate connector.  He maintains responsibility for the development of S.T.E.M based institutes for JROTC programs and serves as the representative Civilian of Influence for the Lemont Scott Group.
